Hertz Jamaica accepts all major credit and debit cards. We are unable to accept cash for payment.

Of course! If you can’t come to us we’re happy to come to you wherever you are. Delivery is included for many locations, for others, additional fees may apply. Call or email your Hertz Concierge for more information.





Please notify our Concierge as soon as possible if you believe that you will be late.

  • We do allow for a short grace period.
  • Extended delays may result in a rescheduling fee and/or require you to pick up the car from the nearest Hertz location.





Fuel levels can vary by delivery location. The vehicle will be dispatched with a full tank of fuel, but we'll consume some on the way. We'll record the fuel level when you take delivery of the vehicle, simply return it with the same amount.





Of course - please contact our Concierge via WhatsApp or phone at least 6 hours before your scheduled return time to arrange an extension subject to vehicle availability.  In most instances, your rate will remain the same for any days you add.

If you choose not to advise Hertz Jamaica that you are keeping your car longer than agreed, a penalty will be applied for any additional days. We are also required to report a vehicle stolen if a vehicle is more than 72 hours overdue without notice from the client.





You can return at any Hertz Jamaica location and we have no extra fees for returning at a different location than where you started your rental! We're also happy to collect the vehicle, and there's no additional charge for pick up service for many locations - our Hertz Concierge will make the necessary arrangements. 





The car must be returned at or before the return time specified on your rental agreement. Late return fees may otherwise apply.

  • You may return the vehicle to any Hertz location OR
  • The Concierge can arrange for the vehicle to be picked up. 
    • Pick up must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance

Remember to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel received.

 

 





We'll record the fuel level when you take delivery of the vehicle, simply return it with the same amount.





Yes, there is a charge for every hour after the return date and time specified on your rental agreement. Please contact the Hertz Concierge or rental office for further information.
